The premise of the episode (Timmy wishes he was an emo, and as a result loses interest in wishes) is not important. What is important is that this episode will show if shipping is a subject that FOP fans still care about…

Major Monogram didn’t give the impression that he recognized Stacy or knew about her connection to Perry’s host family. Still, he was prepared to erase her memory.
Does that mean that OWCA goes around erasing the memories of any eyewitnesses to Perry and Doof’s fights?
Perrry may not be a Man In Black, but Monogram and Karl sure are!
